English Artist Kerrie Smith, born in England and now resides in California. Smith attended Central Saint Martins School of Art, London, England, she received her B.A. with Honors in 3-Dimensional & Theater Design. Artist in Residency at the California Nature Art Museum where she exhibited ‘Portals and Pathways’ an ever changing one year installation inspired by her research and walks at More Mesa Preserve in Santa Barbara California.

Kerrie worked as a theater designer in England, France, Holland and the United States collaborating with directors/designers,Diredtor Richard Eyre, Designer Pamela Howard OBE, Designer Ralph Koltai OBE, Director Lucy Parker Ken Russell, Director John Tillinger and Director John Wells.

As an Artist, Art Educator and President of the Art Council Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art, she also founded the non-profit organization Art Walk for Kids/Adults with outreach programs for artists with disabilities. Creating art curriculums approved by the Santa Barbara County Arts Commission for at-risk/developmentally disabled youth and adults and Hope School CA Art Programs. She Curates/Juries for Community Art shows/exhibitions, local schools and Art Groups.

Her programs have received Congressional Awards from Congresswoman Lois Capps, and California State Assembly Woman Hannah Beth Jackson. Smith received her B.A. from Central Saint Martins, London England. Her work resides in many public and private collections across the country.
